You know? It’s not that bad! Even now. I’m not saying it’s great by any means, but there’s some merit there. And it’s nothing if not delightfully bizarre. But it’s ultimately just more of FF7's particular brand of bizarre.
I’ll give you New Droid Army. But Force Unleashed 2 is at least playable, and Masters of Teras Kasi has extreme novelty and Mara Jade elevating it.

Shadows of the Empire is such a fascinating game. All of those mid-90s Star Wars games were janky but they were also incredibly forward thinking. Shadows of the Empire, Masters of Teras Kasi, Dark Forces, X-Wing; they all did really experimental things mixing genre and pushing tech forward.
